Shaun Jeszenka

Shaun Jeszenka is our newest addition to C. Francis & Co. this year.  A Montana native, Shaun grew up outside Missoula, within walking distance of the Blackfoot river where he learned to fish at a very young age.  This year will be Shaun's 15th year as a guide, of which 14 have been spent guiding in SW Montana on the Big Hole, Beaverhead, Jefferson, Ruby and Madison Rivers.

Shaun learned to tie flies from his grandmother, who was a commercial fly tier and taught Shaun the art at an early age.  Shaun has been tying flies commercially off and on for about a dozen years now.  Shaun makes his home in Sheridan Montana and if asked, he will tell you that fly fishing is his life's passion as well as his career. 

With his extensive knowledge of fly fishing, fly tying, and an eye for the best fishing spots, we feel that Shaun can get you to where the fish are and the people are not. He will teach fly fishing skills for the beginner, he can provide useful tips to the expert angler, and we feel that all of our clients will leave knowing that they have had the pleasure to have fished with a very accomplished guide.   Shaun possesses that low key, patient and skillful professional approach, that we at C. Francis & Co. prefer.   With Shaun's exemplary work ethic and fly fishing expertise, we feel that he will be a great addition to our fly fishing guide roster this year.
